I have just noticed 3x COO variations. Macau, Taiwan & raised bar Taiwan. The Macau has a painted brown rear engine part. Now with the inserts- cardboard vs plastic. Is this just randomn? The LL ones supposedly had a white sticker and a scarred out Macau. Because these are obviously all opened I am not sure what is meant to go with what? I have also heard of different coloured handle bars(brown I think) but maybe that is modern parts. There are also reproduction rear flaps and gun floating around:evil:

Why dont you check out Mattias's Speeder bike run on RS if you haven't seen it already!

This is an impressive speeder bike collection  I just want to have the correct bike in the appropriate box if there is such a thing :?: EDIT I am too slow at typing Josh  Silver engine is LL

The LL Speeder Bike has a 'common' Macau coo that was coverd by a MIM sticker (not no coo). The main difference is the silver engine part.

I've never heard of a brown handle bar or so - but the different bikes have different cavity ID numbers at their handle bars and rear flaps. You should take care if you are going to complete an incomplete bike...

Lovely pics (as usual) there Uli :)

Is there a big market for different coo vehicles like there is loose figure variants?

I've never delved into vehicles before (space constraints probably) although that beautiful boxed at-at Slim was selling made me tempted for a bit...

I guess there is no big market for vehicle variations but this makes it a bit more interesting (perhaps). 8)

The Speeder Bike and Landspeeder are some of the best vehicles imo and a few variants are known of each.

Uli

P.S: Many thanks for the 'flowers' about my pictures :D

Thanks Uli for the great speeder bike guide. I've had a Macao one for some time that I had wondered about. All the part numbers match up, but one of the flaps I had believed was a transplant from another bike. The number matches with your guide though. It has the 663013. The weird thing is that all the other parts of the bike have 663 and then a space and then the rest of the number. On this flap the numbers are all together and there is a letter B above the 1st number 3. Does that match with your Macao speeder bike? I can attempt to take a picture if you would like.

My Macao brake flaps have no letters. Thanks for the pictures Uli, now I have to go through all of mine AGAIN & look at the numbers on the front and handlebars :D

@shawn_k: The flaps of the Macao Speeder Bikes have a '-' between the numbers and no additional letter. All others should be replacements from other Bikes. Only the common no raised bar Taiwan Bike uses parts with a letter. Please take a picture of the flap. I may have a single 'Macao' flap around somewhere (as replacement for the replacement).

Many thanks for your kind words about the pictures! I planed to do this for some time now but with the two little boys - spare time is something I haven't too much :D

By the way: to me the no raised bar Taiwan Bike seems to be the most common Bike. How about you?
