Do any of you remember the 90s with the awesome star wars games X-Wing, Tie Fighter, X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter and X-Wing Alliance.

Have there ever been made more of this types of star wars games since this games was made ? :?

Did you ever play the Rogue Squadron series on the N64 and Gamecube? They were very good. I don't know of any recent ones though.

No sadly no more. I had X-Wing but once Dark Forces came out I went down that pathway never to look at flight again. I may get them on GOG. Just played DF again recently and it's still brilliant. Jedi Knight was much weaker graphically.

You're in luck!

Some clever chaps are working on a mod for the original Xwing to improve the graphics and make it playable on modern PC's.

I wouldn't hold your breath for any revolutionary official games though as EA own the licence now

No I do not have a N64 and a gamecube, but maybe I should buy them and try the game, thanks edd :D

Funny I also played dark forces but I went back to the flight simulator again

I think X-Wing was ****ing hard to play, I only completed a few missions as I remember and then I got stuck even on easy if I remember correct :?

Tie Fighter was much more different for me, I completed the game on the hard or what they called it and it was still easy for me to complete it

X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, I do not remember so much about if I completed that game

X-Wing Alliance I never completed the last mission the battle for endor even on easy I lost all the time and gave up many years ago :(
