Hi, i live in norway and i haw found tree Star Wars portfolio's.
i have:
- the empire strikes back
- return of the jedi
- the star wars
all made by Ralph McQuarrie. from the best of my knowlige i think these are made in the late 70's.

The empire strikes back and the star wars portfolio is in the originale plastic and the return of the jedi has the plastc over the pictures inside det coverbox.

i hope any of you could help me apprais this tree portfolio's :)

Welcome to the Forum :)

Unfortunately you don't have a gold mine.

A simple search on Ebay will show that these are common.

I would say £30 - 50 for the lot mate

For instance

The fact yours are sealed perhaps a little closer to the £50 mark

Hope I helped :)

thanks for your help :)

sorry Bramistuta25, i think i will hold on to them for some years :)

any idea if these things will increases value over the years??

haha

figure these a rear in norway :p
and hopefully a will a gold mine in a few years :)

thanks for all your help! :)

PS. any tip on how to storage these so they keep the quality?

If it's any help, I bought all 3 pack for £40 last year.

I doubt they will increase in value. Even his recent death didn't seem to have much of an effect.

In my experience these pop up somewhat frequently compared to other unopened Star Wars stuff in Norway.. Used to own a set in the mid 90s and I think I paid around 15 GBP each brand new, a month ago I was offered another three sets unopened for around the same price.

Its impossible to know how the prices will be in the future but my guess is that the prices will be more or less the same in the foreseeable future. Anyways its some really cool art :)
