Guys I have always been interested in the unexplained and mysterious. There are thousands of unexplained things happen within our world with no answer. I was wondering has anyone ever read much into them?
That's the reason why I like this forum because you are able to connect with people from all over the world and hear different opinions. I will list a few which fascinates me and don't believe the answer will ever be found.
I do have my own beliefs on every incident.
But i would be interested in hearing other people's opinions and beliefs on these events.

1.Where did the Incas go? (No idea Spanish never knew of machu picchu)

2.Why does the air shafts of the pyrimads line with the stars? (no idea)

3.Who built the statues on Easter island? And purpose? (No idea)

4.Is there underground military bases in Antarctica? (Wouldn't surprise me)

5.Was malloray the fist man to stand on the summit of everest? ( I have a gut feeling he was)

6.What did happen at Roswell? (No idea)

7.What happened at the Dyatlov pass incident? (possibly military)

8. Did Oswalds bullet kill Kennedy? (Not sure but I believe he was involved.)

9.9/11 ? Was it planned in a cave? (Balls)

10.Who made the crystal skulls? (No idea)

11.What is buried on Oak Island? Could it be the ark from the crusades? ( really fascinating :) )

12.what's the purpose of the Nasca lines? (No idea)

I have read and still can't come to a conclusion :? If anyone else has any other obvious ones which I have missed please list :)

Interesting questions

If you haven't already watched it, I think you'd really enjoy a series called ancient aliens!

I don't necessarily believe everything they say in it, but it does provide an interesting take on a lot of things you have mentioned with examples of evidence I would never have thought of!

Yes I have watched it at the mother inlaws. I don't have a tv to watch at home so I miss the episodes.
It's really interesting I read alot about these things and they fascinate me.

Question 5:-

Don't think we will ever no, but I would say yes he was the first man to reach the summit of Everest. Recently read Paths of Glory and the only thing which points to him reaching the top is a photo of his wife was not with him when they found him and he said he was going to leave it at the summit.

You could probably find them on the internet somewhere

This is seriously ****ing spooky! Only today I was watching a documentary on the Oak Island 'Money Pit'

There's a programme on Yesterday called Raiders of the Lost Past and the other day was the Amber Room story. Not exactly an unexplained event (Nazis stole it) but where is it now? There has to be hundreds of hidden artefacts out there. I don't mean the boring Time Team ****, I mean like a lost Ark, or the Holy Grail. Fascinating stuff.

The one that caught my eye in your list was the 9/11 thing. I sincerely believe there is more to that than terrorists hijacking jets and heading straight for the World Trade Centre. A lot of things make no sense. World Trade Centre 7 is the strangest part of it to me. It wasn't even hit and yet came down like a controlled demolition. What's that about? :?

Did anyone used to get a magazine in the 80's called Unexplained? Somewhere I still have my copy in a fancy binder. Full of mysteries including the Money Pit and weird things like spontanious human combustion.

Yes I agree :) he was last spotted going strong for the summit around midday. When the body was found his snow goggles wer his in breast pocket. That indicates he was travelling at dark!
I have climbed at altitude myself and understand how hard it is and the gear he had available to him at that time. The photo can be debated as we don't know if he left it at his highest point which would be natural under stress.
It has been proved that the notorious 2nd step can be climbed without the add of a ladder which was mallorays route.
I believe until Irvines body is found if he even has the camera! With the sacred picture it will always be up for debate.

I was tryin to build my own home and the wife ended up in a serious car accident when she was pregnant. I havent got around to getting one fitted in the new house yet :) Everything is OK now both are good,
It's fine but I am just making you aware you don't know before you make comments off the cuff who it can offend all is good :)

8. Did Oswalds bullet kill Kennedy? (Not sure but I believe he was involved.)

There was a very compelling documentary on TV around the anniversary of the Kennedy assassination.

It provided an awful lot of evidence that suggested that Kennedy was actually killed by the CIA. But not intentionally.

The car behind the Kennedy's was filled with CIA. Those that were armed had assault rifles loaded with what I'll incorrectly (no doubt) call hollow point rounds. they were designed to fragment on impact to cause maximum trauma and stopping power. The ammunition that Oswald used was full metal jacket standard military issue and was in no way designed to fragment on impact. The fatal wound to Kennedy was the one that removed a good 25% of his skull and brain. The programme presented facts (testamony from witnesses, studies accounts offered in evidence at the time, etc.) which showed that the passenger in the CIA car is highly likely to have accidentally discharged the fatal round following the initial shot from Oswald. Evidence such as trajectory path of the round, damage caused by it, timing of the rounds and evidence from the CIA car and passengers all strongly pointed towards this fact.

It also made a case that showed that yes, Oswald was involved and it was a straightforward assassination attempt by misguided individual but one that did not have the skills to carry it out to the successful conclusion he hoped for. It presented no evidence that he was engaged by anyone any government agency to do it nor did it suggest the CIA had a deliberate hand in the assassination.

I don't recall the exact details but it really was very compelling. I love the odd conspiracy theory but with these programmes I end up calling bullshit within 10-15 mins. You can usually spot the bad ones as they repeat a load of already known crap, go off on tangents and generally build up to a damp squib of an argument presented in the last 5 minutes of the programme. This programme was about 90 mins long and went at it with evidence from the go. I'll try and found out what it was called and add some info here. Best conspiracy theory type programme I ever watched.

Raiders of the lost past is an awesome show. I didn't realise that things like King Arthur were seriously researched. Very interesting.

I like spooky historical stuff

Yeah I know it's baffling the whole thing I have watched them all and read about it. I have no answer if he did or not.
I have read about the possibility of acidential discharge of an M16. It is possible and so was Oswalds capabilities at shooting within 100 yards. Alot of witnesses do claim 3 shots wer fired. The last 2 in quick succession which points to a semi automatic rifle(M16). But then are the highly trained cream of the crop capable of such a mistake?
Even the rifle found on the 6th floor was a Italian carcano with a dodgy scope, one of the most unreliable rifles made. Why was that rifle chosen? By a guy who served in the military.
The more you look into the whole thing the more confusing it gets.

What about some of the more traditional mysteries?

Bermuda Triangle, Bigfoot, Loch Ness Monster, etc?

Ian

Yes I am open to any explanation for these also :)
Stawomir Rawicz claimed in his book he spotted something in the himalayas which walked on 2 feet? I see no reason why the guy would make it up considering what he had been through.
was the Bermuda Triangle pirates?
And Nessie it was claimed an elephant trunk was pictured swimming in the lough from a passing circus. I really hope there is something in that lough I love the thought of it :)

Funny you should say that. I love the finding bigfoot show! Always been fascinated by those stories though wouldn't say I'm a believer!

Keep meaning to ask any of the Americans on here if they watch it

4.Is there underground military bases in Antarctica? (Wouldn't surprise me)
I think there are secret bases everywhere.

5.Was malloray the fist man to stand on the summit of everest? ( I have a gut feeling he was)
I dont know, maybe. Always makes me think how good the Sherpas are, especially beingg acclimatised.

6.What did happen at Roswell? (No idea)
Greedo landed after being released frim hospital because Han DID shoot first :) seriously though, something happened there, and Alien lifeform seems possible.

8. Did Oswalds bullet kill Kennedy? (Not sure but I believe he was involved.)
No,Oswald was a Patsy. James Files fired the fatal shot which killed Kennedy. Funnily enough ive been researching this a lot lately and i beleive it was C.I.A.

9.9/11 ? Was it planned in a cave? (Balls)
Without offending our American friends as it was and still is a devastating tragedy, i beleive it was an inside job. Too much proof against the official timeline and what they said doesnt stand up to laws of physics etc and is impossible. Sorry to say, but CIA etc involved again. Too much history between Bin Laden/Bushes and you need to research this a lot to realise it.
