Variants, is there a list?

I'm sure there is a massive list of all variants available covering all the COO and paint differences etc, but I was wondering now I have a few loose variants in my collection (thank you Iain for the Tusken hollow tubes today), is there a basic list of the most obvious or maybe easiest variants to collect?

So far we have this as a basic selection:

Tusken raider - Hollow cheek and normal
General Madine - Grey and green(?) hair

What would you all add to have a good showing of loose variants across the figure list?

Wow, thats a big list Rich. Although I would disagree with the inclusion of the two rocket firing fetts, as they are pre production, and the Uzay vader as it is a bootleg. If you include pre production and bootlegs the list goes through the roof.

I have seen grey limbed imp stormies. They are the hoth stormies. Theres a lot of speculation regarding them. Hopefully there will be some news to report there soon.

There is also a Dengar with metallic green armour. I have seen one of these also. Not sure if that is a variant or another peculiarity with regards paint or plastic.

There are two different EV9D9's as well, look below the hexagonal shape on the rear view, one has a bump and one doesn't, they are defiantly from a different mold, I have had both of these.

Some good lists there but I think the blue/purple smock Ugnaught variant as been pretty much debunked

Like green limbs chewy it's just colour degradation
