My guess would be that it's been put together with the arms and legs of a stormtrooper.

Rather than some variant.

THough some bootlegs limbs from other figures. But they are usually painted the same colour as the rest of the figure.

I emailed the seller and he believes the figure has been made by the previous owner and is not a factory error.
