Although I've never owned a Darth Vader collector's case, I've always loved those inserts! I think they're fantastic!

I think they were just made for space figures in general but I got a bunch of Star Wars in mine. I also have two other cases made by the same company that have a gi Joe theme.

Here’s my other two. The ESB one is a bit ruffled on the front and the area joining the case to the lid is seriously splitting, but it has the insert and transfer sheet.

Again with the Vader one of the bars holding the figures in has snapped, but it has the insert.

Guess that’s what happens when you use them to store figures in. Each time I go to check on a figure for research or if I comparing to a possible upgrade, I damage it a bit more, especially the ESB case. I’m on the hunt for an upgrade, and once my figures go on display I shouldn’t wreck any more cases.

Sorry to read about that, If I was you then I would try to give it some tape, I have thought about doing it with some of mine that is damaged
