Repro or not - help needed

Hi all,

Picked up a loose lot of vintage for a decent price. There were a few accessories and as it didn't mention anything in the listing I just assumed they would be repro.

When they arrived they felt very good (not like the old repro where they just felt wrong!) and all floated.

The ewok staffs are bendy not brittle and feel okay to me. I don't think they look like any of the repro on TIG, but I'm just very wary as I've seen a lot of new repro on eBay lately I've not seen before.

Also I've compared the blasters to the new floating repro on the TIG and they look different to those. Just wondered whether anyone had any thoughts on any of these?

I would like to sell them as they are surplus but don't want to inadvertently rip someone off by claiming they are original vintage if they are not. Can take more photos if needed. Cheers if you can help.

The stormtrooper blaster top left the fourth pic down is 100% one of the new floating repros; the little rectangular indentation on the end of the box that sticks out of the side is the giveaway. To my eye everything else looks good.

I'm not aware of any good looking repros that float other than the Slatburn ones we have all become aware of over the last year or so. There is a Chirpa staff out there that at first glance looks good, but it sinks. Also, the details are much sharper on originals. So I think you're safe with those you have.

Cheers for the advice chaps - I can see the bugger!

This now means I have to sort through my guns again more carefully as the one that I thought was a saltburn repro that I was comparing it with might not be then  All a bloody headache as my eyesight isn't the best
