So I'm new to this but my dad is a huge fan. I've ordered a GMFGI 1978 x wing skywalker for him. But it's missing the blaster. Anyone know what type of blaster I'm looking for ? There is loads and I can't quite piece it together. I'm hoping to buy one once I know what blaster I'm looking for. Thanks in advance

I have lots of carded Luke X-Wings, most people think that the 'correct' blaster is the blue/black one but actually many of my Kenner Luke's have the blue blaster normally associated with Luke Bespin and Han Hoth. So IMO either blue/black or blue are fine.

Or smuggler blaster.

Here's a link to the Imperial Gunnery which you can use to help ensure you that you buy an original item.

Don't buy a reproduction ;) You're probably looking at £10-15 for an original.

Agree with you Cazza, £12 + postage is the going rate, in fact there are two on facebook now at that price.
What a great gesture and good luck.
