Palitoy Matrix Overhaul

I've updated the Palitoy Matrix today to make some cards marked as existing X to reported as existing but not verified ?. This affects mostly the first 20 figures on the 30B, 41C and 65D cardback variations.

A total of 26 card/figure combinations have been demoted and the new number of known variations is 576 vs the 611 reported variations previously.

Picture evidence is required to promote a card from a ? to an X now, though this does not need to be from a source published on the internet, a private email or PM is also good.
