Like many we're struggling to keep our young children entertained during this lockdown, especially as we don't have a garden. So I thought it would be fun to get some Star Wars toys out and see what happened. I wasn't expecting much as my boys are young (1 and 2) and I haven't really pushed Star Wars on them, they have one book and a couple of lego sets but they haven't seen the films. To my surprise they were instantly intrigued by them, and have been playing with them all day! They don't seem to realise they are old, and I haven't told them to be careful with them (they're just beaters) and it's been really nice seeing them played with rather than just sitting on a shelf or in a display case for a change - what they were made for!

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Michael Sith and Secret Santa for the mini rigs, thanks guys :)

Great stuff, glad they've gone to a good home, great to see vintage beaters still doing what they were designed for

Great pics

That's really great to see mate :)

You have another incredible experience ahead of you one day in the future - sitting down and watching the films with them 8) 8) 8)

The only issue will be what order you plump for!

As much as I am in favour of keeping vintage stuff in as good condition as possible, it's undeniably great to see these being used as originally intended! :-D
