Hoth Rebel Soldier Blank Bar?

So I found this Rebel Soldier with an raised bar No COO. It shares all the characteristics and colours of my other raised bar China COOs, but as you can see the bar is blank. Could this just be a China COO factory error? Anyone else seen one of these ? Thanks Jon.

I think its just a factory error, but would be interested what others know.

Believe it could be a Meccano but I'm not 100% on that

Thanks a lot for the info guys.

I had a brief scan on the old evilbay and someone is asking £50 'buy now' for a loose an incomplete one like this, but hasn't listed why?? Obviously wouldn't trust random crazy prices like this, without a proper description given as to what version it was.

I have a few of them it is not a factory error and it is not a meccano figure, the meccano has another no coo :wink:
