Topps cards and strange one advice

Have a load of Topps cards and mixed in with them is what looks like a sticker with a blank back just wondered what it was ?

Some modern Topps card packs have stickers in as well (I recently discovered as my lad was given some)
Could be one of them?

Says 1977 on this one as per the pic

Don't know anything about Topps cards TBH, just thought it was unusual
