Any one ever seen gold/brown Speeder Bike Flaps???

Just a shot in the dark here. They could be modern flaps on a vintage speeder bike I have never seen these before on a vintage bike. Or even repro's but someone else will probably confirm.

I have only seen black, but the back where they are placed on can look like gold on spanish variants etc. etc. see the link https://www.imperialgunneryforum.com/t3100-speeder-bike-part-variations

I've had modern bikes in the past, the flaps do look like that
