From what I have researched a Spanish PBP Darth Vader has a Shinny Head compared to a kenner Darth Vader. Also the COO on this Vader isnt to visible, you can see the top of HONG and KONG only. The cape is kind of thick and a little bit textured in the inside. (Pictures provided of Shinny head, Cape and COO)

To my knowledge this is a Spanish Poch PBP correct me if I am wrong

Hi, the figure you have is neither a PBP nor Poch figure. It is likely that yours is the Kenner counterpart to the Glasslite figure (family III 2a on the variant villain coo guide below).

The standard PBP figure is also a no coo figure but it is the family VI 2a and 2b coo. There is a further harder to find so-called blobbed out coo which is the one labelled former version of 2b.

The most obvious way of identification of the PBP figure is through the coo and also the paint apps on the chest plate shown in the pic below. The paint apps are approximately based on the Uni Toys paint apps (family VI 1a and 1b) with HK coo.

There are at least 3 capes found on the PBP figure none of which zip. A plain smooth cape, a cape with one smooth side and one Matt textured side and a third with a smooth side and a glossy textured side. These last two are often called rugose capes. The blobbed coo version comes with the plain cape.

They are not common, but loose in variable condition they do crop on ebay fairly regularly, particularly Chewbacca and Darth Vader, here's a link explaining all.
