Found this little fella in a job lot today.

Looks and 'feels' different from most troopers that have passed through my mits. Pbp? Ledy? Hard torso? I'm awful with variants, hence why I'm asking the experts here. Anyone help?

Tricky...

Both pbp and ledy have hard torso's and the scarred (coo#9) along with the thicker black head band.

However soft limbs=ledy, hard limbs=pbp

My monies on pbp if brought from a childhood/local collection.

Its from a 'collectors' collection. The plastic on the limbs is definately different than that of the body. How hard is hard ?? Its kinda like the plastic you would find on a regular stormie? Helpful much?

There is alot of debate as to where these hard torso stormies emanate from. I think they are just common tri-logo stormies....but I am not the king of variants by any stretch.

I say PBP, the mouthpiece on the Ledys are completely filled in with black, and the headband tends to be bigger than PBP.

Ledy:

(Ignore the blue blaster)

PBP:

Hard torso stormies(non-pbp/ledy) all have legs pointed inwards. (All the ones I've seen though.)
Hard torso number 3 from the left, COO#3 on TIGs guide:

Great stormy mate and there's some great info in here, I'd go PBP made but these where also found on Palitoys, Frank has one in his Wollies 8pack and there not the same as hard torso ones found on Tri-Logos cards, those have 2 line stamp with no COO's and are mainly wrongly ID'd as PBP hard torso ST.
