First up, one stamped GMFGI 1977 with a scarred out COO...what are we looking at here?

The first one is PBP but I'm not sure on the cape, hes found jn the clipper mailer. Second one is Macau made and there's 2 slighty different raised bar figures and both are found in the UK as we'll as other euro country's, one is confirmed in the clipper mailer also and I suspect there both possible in it.

One of the raised bar figs appears in the Macau text baggie that came with the clipper mailer.

Like Scott said, the first figure is a PBP/Palitoy/Clipper Vader.

It's a different figure. Mine is a lot rarer. I've never seen one for sale, so I put him up for £250 or best offer...

FC is very right, that is a rare figure, see the link in my previous post (read and scroll down a bit).
