Hey guys struggling on these two items, I bought both figures from ebay and were both listed with genuine accessories.

First glance I thought they looked ok, but after further inspection im not so sure.

The Hoth blaster looks like a v5 but the mold line is slightly off where it runs through the scope.

ERG pike does feel a little waxy and i cant see any injection moldings although the mold line appears to line up.

Both pass the float test which i know some repros do. Sorry pics dont appear in order....im just gratful Sundancer Squadron for pointing me in the right direction regarding the uploads :D

Any help appreciated.

Hoth rifle looks ok. Variant with 3 circles.

ERG pike always hard to determine from photos. Only one of the 3 factories that produced the pike has an epm (Kader). Both Uni Toys and Taiwan don't have an epm. Uni Toys tapers near the top whereas Taiwan has a bulge which makes it look like it has flexing damage. Hard to tell from your photos though. Would lean to saying ok.

Ah thanks for your help.

I think i convinced myself they were repro after i was certain they were genuine!

I'm usually ok at identifying genuine from repro but i really struggled with these two. I didn't realise how many different versions there was of the hoth blaster rifle, which didn't help.

Anyway cheers again much appreciated. :D

Both look fine to me; the ERG looks like a good one too so you are good to go, V1 going by TIG guide and it also matches my own. 8)
