I bought two unopened valentines cards and asked him if he would pack them so they wouldn’t get damaged which he said “absolutely”. He marked the shipped last Wednesday and didn’t actually ship until Monday. I just got them in today and he had just put a single piece of brown paper over the boxes and at least one corner is crushed. I messaged him and all he said was that he apologizes for my dissatisfaction and to return it for a refund. Here’s a picture before and after.
