Bought some Boba Fett parts of him which he hid all the damage to the parts. He didn’t mention any damage at all only that they were sold “as is”.

If that's Ebay just claim.
You may even be able to claim back if it was outside Ebay and you paid with PP. "items not as described" and or "damaged" etc.

I would but I got them cheap enough that I don’t really mind. Just the point that he was deceptive with his photo and how he acted so I left him a well deserved negative.
