Lee, I want to see a webcam recording of you and Iain watching it, please.

For anyone who hasn't seen the following, here it is again. What are the chances Lee and Iain will react even more extremely??

Think you are getting your Iain's mixed up - although don't know how you managed to find that video of my weekend alter-ego Francis!!

Sorry Iain :) Not mixing you guys up, just stuck one to many "i's" in there. Probably muscle memory from typing out your email address too often! :D

And now you've explained you're Francis the Rancor Keeper reference from yesterday's conversation makes more sense! ;)

Nice......just found out there's a possibility my company is having a Star Wars themed Xmas party this year with a trip to the IMAX to watch the movie before the meal/party itself!

Thing is....how the hell am I gonna get in the cinema in full Boba Fett armour?

I've heard it's going to be a 12A, has anyone else heard anything about this. Was hopeing for a PG so I could take my son.

We have to get Francis on the podcast. He would probably get emotional at being a superstar

You can still take him mate. I doubt its going to be full of blood, gore and swearing-unless the first scene is Jar jar being gutted like a fish :D

I heard it was a 12A as well. I will definitely take my 9 year old, but not sure about my 7 year old. He'll be absolutely heart-broken if he cant see it though. I'm planning to watch a midnight screening with a couple of mates first, so will judge if it's suitable then. Shame it's not a PG.

Adam, they'll let you in with him, but whether it's suitable or not is another thing. I would try to see it first without him to make sure it's OK. If there's only a couple of unsuitable bits, you will know when to cover his eyes ;) I'll be honest, it really pees me off when I go to see a 12A and there are people there with toddlers. It's just not right. I remember sitting through King Kong and there were tiny children sobbing and scared out of their wits, but the parent's were too selfish to take them out. There were also terrified toddlers when I went to see Jurassic World. Traumatised kids and film ruined for the other viewers.

It's a stupid rating, which is basically a PG with a little bit of guidance, which everyone seems to ignore. They should've just stuck with a 12, but then all of the LOTR/Marvel films wouldn't have been able to make nearly as much money.

I think its only given a 12a because people get blasted away  and with the way the world is going it may be a bad influence. So if you see your kid wanting a Howard the Duck (new trooper) costume and a sub machine gun you may have issues. ROTS got the rating because of Anakin burning, jedi and kids being slaughtered. In my eyes the parents teach the kids real from fantasy.

Ok cool I never new that. I'm going to the midnight showing so will decide then, I'm sure it will be fine for him. He watches ROTS no problem, apart from getting bored half way through. Thanks for the link Lee. :)
