Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 27, 2018, Part 2/2
No I don't, and I've often wondered why. There were Palitoy boxed versions of the ESB mini-rigs, yet for some reason the Radar Laser Cannon, Tri-Pod Laser Cannon and Vehicle Maintenance (YAWN!) Energizer only seem to have come in Kenner boxes in the UK. At any rate, if there are Palitoy boxed versions of any of these, I've never seen them. Perhaps other forum members can shed some light on this?Pomse2001 wrote:Thanks mate, I am glad that you like my boxesAny idea why, palitoy did not make a box ?
Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 27, 2018, Part 2/2
I have also not seen any and I do not understand why palitoy did mini-rigs and not Radar Laser Cannon, Tri-Pod Laser Cannon and Vehicle Maintenance EnergizerSnaketibe wrote:No I don't, and I've often wondered why. Some lovely examples of one of my favourite mini rigs - great to see them.
Here is my childhood Radar Laser Cannon. It's loose and unstickered as I bought it second hand from a friend, so I don't know which packaging it would have had. I'm showing the part numbers if it is interesting to anyone.
The 'blow-apart' feature was/is good fun on this toy, and it still works and clicks.
I also found some original paperwork

Cool Radar Laser Cannon from your childhood, you were lucky to have such a cool toy to play with when you were a kidOracle wrote:Some lovely examples of one of my favourite mini rigs - great to see them.

As far as I know there is no difference between the kenner and the bilogo radar laser cannon, so I can't tell which box it came from.
Cool Paperwork, did you do the paperwork ?
