Hey guys I have a nr complete set of graded loose last 17, I've been chewing for a while too sell them and again collect them loose so I can move them around, play with them and I just think they are better that way if anybody is interested pm me, and i will post some pics up, I will gladly take last 17 loose in p/ex and cash, or just payment via paypal, as long as they are complete and fully original.

Forgive the lack of knowledge but what is ukg blue and how's it different to the regular ukg grading?

The blue sticker is their older one. If you look closely you may also see the old rarity star system on the sticker (which was ditched after a while). UKG tried to do something different and award stars based on rarity.
There were mixed opinions on this, but good for them for trying something new.
