Rotj stormtrooper moc for sale

Rotj French tri logo stormtrooper moc for sale.
Card is in great condition but bubble is taped on one side and has a massive crack all over the top so bubble is wide open at the top. Figure is loose inside the bubble with the usual discolouration on limbs.£70 delivered.

What makes it French?

I guess the writing ‘Guarde Imperial’ beneath the Stormtrooper name.
