Welcome to my one of a kind, custom, bespoke hand made, Starwars Adult BB8 Costume.
I made this full size suitable for an adult. It's made from paper mache. I made it from an over inflated gym ball. It has 5 layers of paper mache so is fairly rigid and can't take knocks and bumps.
It's fully painted by hand with spray paints and is finished off with marker pen to make it stand out more.
I'm 5' 9" and it fits me perfect. You can crouch down in it fully and you are completely hidden apart from your toes. See pictures.
It has arm holes that can be closed off.
It has a couple of repairs where I tore the paper mache slightly near the base but could easily be repaired. It's gaffer taped for now and is strong enough to resist further tearing.
The helmet is independent to the body so you can turn your head! It's made from an mixing bowl, expanding foam and gaffer tape and is painted like the body. It has a viewing eye/breathing hole.
I forgot to put the aerial on the head but will come with an aerial.
This had a lot of laughs and would make a lush fancy dress costume.
It's collection only I'm afraid due to the largeness.
