Listed a couple of days ago at 400. I thought a little pricey for me so made an offer in the mid/high 300's

Now relisted today at 499. Hmmmm. Too rich for my blood but thought I'd mention it here with it's Palitoy aspect, and you don't see them come up that often.
Couple of questions though which as a Newbie I don't fully understand. One is the bubble shape. Why so large? Is that typical of the era? Secondly, isn't this a risk of being a Toy Toni? I remember reading this card back (maybe?) was one of the varities he had? Would the card wear indicate that it is not?
