And in keeping with forum etiquette

Hello Everyone

Not going to spam you every day until sale ends (next week)

Would just be interested in your thoughts on price, the books in question, was it a fair price to list at and any thoughts on items sold of a similar nature?

And to be super non spammer;

A little about me and my Star Wars Interests:

Love films 4 - 6

Despise films 1 - 3

Unsure on films 7 - 8

but looking forward to film 9 - I wonder if she has turned... so to speak

I own most Star Wars games, I am partial to a Lego Star Wars game but am looking forward to the new "fallen order" coming out this year.

Have a good evening fellow Jedi, any input on my ebay listing would be greatly appreciated.

Happy reading &

MTFBWYA

Side note would love to hear if any of you have owned any of these books and enjoyed them.

Felt the shadow of the empire was good :)

Now up to 10 watchers lurking in the background on my listing.

No one yet has put the 9.99 down as a marker which is interesting (it would then remove the buy it now)

I wonder guys was my start price to high?

Or

Will it be the typical eBay snipe at the end?

Books are a difficult thing to price, but £9.99 feels about right.
I assume your on a £1 selling fee listing, if so then you can re list them on the same £1 fees and start a bit cheaper next time.
Good luck with the sale.

Thank you Mini

Yes I did consider a lower entry around 4.99 but could not bare to start it there given the face value of the items.

In your opinion is it the 4 paper backs that is the draw here or the IV fully illustration?

Kind regards

If you sold them individually you'd be lucky to get £1 or £2 each. A tenner is probably top money.

The paper backs are not worth much at all I'm afraid.
As Lejackal has said these have a start price at their max value, and the BIN may put people off?
Try lowering the start price to draw buyers in and remove the BIN if you want to sell them.

Thank you both :)

Yes I think if it goes to relist will adjust Bin. However I wonder if having it that high has attracted my watchers (now 12 as I type)

However the U.S market seems to value the main item at 54.99 on bin in most places. Of course I am aware U.S market and U.K market view things differently.

Very informed guys, will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Watch count gone to 13.

Lots of silent watchers. Think a snipe here is likely on final day.

Goodnight all

You were all correct :(

Have re listed with a bin of 6.99 and a start of 0.99

Happy hunting,

Letting this one go on the cheap
