Poontrooper - least the seller is being honest - and the fact that it doesn't have a bid reflects that - but if it sneeks into a 'childhood collection' then no one will be able to tell the difference unless there is a close up picture (and even then it is tough)

Are they just 3d printing them? Or making molds from original figures?

Either way as you both said you could easily accept this as genuine, certainly from just a photo!

I'm fully prepared to be told I'm wrong but this doesn't look right to me, the bubble seems too big for a 12 back.

Yep, that is the fake king of fake city - what a load of crap - seller know it too as he is very clever with his wording

At least it shows I must be learning something on here, 6-12 months ago I may well have fallen for that.

The first thing tht stands out to me on that obi wan is the double sided sellotape, obvious joins, blurry picture, bubble size, the hanger looks wrong, it's just a really bad one, but tbh I haven't seen a good one yet.

He says "recards" I would call fakes, obviously will remove the link if someone says otherwise but from the far too consistent punch holes, wrong bubbles, footers, fonts and spacing I think I'm right
