Best Reference Books, POTF2, Episode 1 etc

Talk about modern (post 1985) Hasbro toys, including POTF2.

Best Reference Books, POTF2, Episode 1 etc

Post by Paul1976 »

Morning all,

Just getting back into all things SW and have picked up the two books below which are great reference guides for vintage figures and one cover POTF2. Are there others that people can recommend (in addition to online sources, I've found jedibusiness for example)?

Be keen to know if there is a book that cover Episode 1 for example as I've just picked up a few figures in an eBay bundle and my son wants to collect comm chips!

Thanks, P

Try 'The Ultimate Action Figure Collection' by Steve Sansweet, covers all the figures up to a certain point, think it goes up to about 2012.

But don't be spending that on it, can be found for £10/£15

Great, thanks everyone for all the help, will try and track down a fair priced copy of that book and read up on those web sites.

Worth checking out some of the cheap book shops like The Works. I got my copy in a closing down sale for £6.

That's great advice, thanks guys. Two more added to the want list and definitely worth a eye open in cheap book shops.

Thanks guys, picked up a used copy from eBay for a maiden bid of £7. Had a quick look, seems to be a good complement to the other two titles. Appreciate the recommendation.
