Han Solo 12 Inch Figure + Carbonite Block

I have come across this figure and cant find a series on Jedi Business (JB) that has the collection in more detail. It states Action Series and similar figures mention Collector Series but again I cant find anything on Coleka or JB. Does anyone have more detail around the series?

It's part of the collector series released in 1998, some info in this link on the series.

Thanks Stu. The link explains that it is part of Power Of The Force line but there is a whole mish mash of exclusives and box types. Its a real minefield but the URL explains it well.
The series is far to large for me to start but at least I know what I am getting into if I change my mind...which can happen...

Is it fair to say the collectors series 12 inch figures in box and good condition are going for more than £15 each?
