Here it suggests that 2 line (big copyright) and 3 line HK Coos are generally considered early DT Luke's based on early bird kits and DT Luke MOC examples.
This is backed up by a post by aussiejames on TIG

Based on this I would say family II with big copyright from Wolff's Guide is your best bet.

I have also read in the past that the EB Lukes have certain distinguishing features such as darker thicker paint apps for the eyes and eyebrows, and a slightly darker shade of colour for the pants. I couldn't find a definitive answer on this and the only reference I can find at the moment is an old RS post (about half way down)
