I have a no COO and a Taiwan example, and whilst there are minute sculpting differences, the main variance is in the shade of plastic used (assuming it's not down to discolouration, of course!), and in the fact that the Taiwan Driver has a more matte black paint used on his boots and gloves... Honestly, it comes to something when the guns they're holding have more obvious differences than the alleged variants themselves :lol:
