vintage production error luke in stormtrooper

hi guys

was hoping for some opinions on this luke stormtrooper figure error

as far as i remember he has always been like this, if you look closely you can see its a molding flaw with lip

never been able to find anything like it, suprises me how it ever left the factory

any comments welcome

Much less. If it was still on the card, that would be a big difference IMHO.

I think so too. If that were a 'short pour' it wouldn't look clipped like that. Looks like it was done with pliers or something similar.

thanks for your input guys, i cant be 100%

if if was messed up with clippers, or pliers the molding wouldnt protrude past the foot, as you can see it goes down past the foot, i will try and get a better closer pic of the lame foot

That's just how the plastic was forced.

Some short pours can be worth money if they're interesting enough and obviously so but in the case I doubt it unless you get someone with a Luke Stormtrooper focus with more money than sense.
