As promised I will do forum of the year playset and vehicles. I have choosen to do playsets first. There is some differences on some of the playsets so I have choosen to add the big variants of playsets kenner vs. palitoy.

100% Tripod.
I found mine after 20+ years of being in the loft and it had 3 x stormy blasters and my speeder bike flaps in the Tripod Laser Cannon generator box! For that reason alone it's my favourite :)
 
It has to be the Tri Pod Laser Cannon, it's the right scale for your Stormtroopers to attack the Falcon and the ammunition case is so useful.

Great story, if it was not because I did not had a tripod when I was a kid, then I would also search the generator box for parts 8)
 
I think this one is going to be rather one-sided! :lol:

I vote Tri-pod as well. I think it's the better toy, and certainly more closely resembles its on-screen counterpart than the Radar.
 
Definitely the radar cannon. It explodes. And the stormtrooper would never quite hold the handles of the tripod Cannon in the way I wanted it to.

Something has been happening since last night, Radar Laser Cannon is coming closer, will it explodes and win :D
