Gone for Slave 1, purely because I had it as a kid and my brother had the Landspeeder.
It has to be the Land Speeder for me. An iconic Star Wars vehicle and an excellent likeness to boot, unlike Kenner's Slave 1 which, though a great ship and toy, is actually badly out of proportion (and I don't just mean the size).
