C3PO is tough if you want a Palitoy Logo'd one as it has never been seen on 30 back as far as I am aware, very scare on 41 back and rare on a 45A as a removable limb version, if the logo doesn't bother you then 45b would probably be the easiest to find.

Received this morning.
Probably not a big deal to most but one of my favourite cardbacks as a child.

I agree, this is one of my favourites cards along with Tie fighter pilot
I would love one of these as a MOC.

finally got my rc r2d2 sadly not working but is pristine and love the box
