Catalogue is online ( didn't check today)
I'm surprised the lots are in groups and not singles.
A huge lot of 25 mini rigs
Descriptions seems quite vague .
Quite surprised they didn't try and get the Jawa authenticated for buyers protection, I'm sure Ukgraders could have fitted it in, if there was no time for AFA.
As it's been mentioned on Facebook for a while now ?

This could be becouse of the find as I have heard it's becouse it was all found in a garage and if it didnt end up hear it would have gone to the tip including the palitoy VCJ Also this is Astons last auction so it could be a case of stick a few items together to get it gone.

I will say beware if your unsure of anything you want to bid on as they state on there site there is zero chance of getting your money back if you are unhappy with any purchase on this auction being there last.

Yes thanks Stubbs for the small print  p
Looking over it again now.
A jawa and R5 together...its mind boggling , I'd have certainly sold the 20 backs separately. There are a few items I'd probably bid on, but they also include items I don't need.
And I'm not a fan of flipping.

They are going to be swamped with emails for more pictures, and a condition report unless you are local and they let you view.

This is definitely not for me...too much risk...but "Fortunes Favors the Bold" so good luck to all that bid.
Please ensure that you read the "important information" especially the rufund and non collected items!

I'm not looking at carded. Some nice ones mixed in , be great if you had someone willing to split a lot with you.
What is more surprising is this guy seems to have had 2 vcj carded.

Does this mean you have to hire a third party to pick up the stuff you've won and then send it to you?

No if you're not in lockdown area you can collect.
Or break the law . ( not that I'm condoning that)
You after the Jawa Emiel??

There is some obscure non-SW stuff that if the right people see it would go for big money... but also could sneak under the radar cheap cheap cheap.

There is one thing I have stuck a big bid on - Not because it is valuable (it's literally bootleg non-SW junk) but because I had it as a child and have NEVER seen it since...

.... but it's in this auction!

I am assuming that the prices will start shooting up soon. 5 GBP for MOC Luke Storm and R2D2 pop-up isn't going to last. :)

No, I mean what they say here:

One of our three recommended collect, pack and send couriers:

https://www.thats-your-lot.co.uk/

https://www.mbe.co.uk/wolverhampton

https://www.packsend.co.uk/birminghamhallgreen/

This means you have to hire one of these companies to collect the things you have won, doesn't it? Meaning they won't send stuff to you through the post?

Yes you would have to use on of them services and they normally cost a lot.

Yep!

I thought I would try bidding in one of these UK auctions, but this one might not be the one most suitable to start with.

Right, that's what I thought. Thanks.

What a strange auction - many rare and sought after items (30 back Ig-88 and Bossk, vc Jawas, Cantina with the 4 figures, 3 radio controlled sandcrawlers and so on) but whoever put the lots together really should have done a bit of research. Need an R5-D4 for your 20 back run? Well tough, you're going to have to buy a 12 back Jawa as well. Same with Death Star droid and many others.
It's ok to put a group of Jedi cards together in one auction, maybe some later Empire cards and trilogos, but 12, 20, 30 and 41 backs really deserve their own auctions. Anyway rant over, I shall be bidding on a few items - there is a small chance this auction may fly under the radar and bargains may be had - and I'd rather be outbid than not bid and it then sells for peanuts.
Its going to be a very interesting auction, good luck to everyone.

Just be aware we could be in another type of lockdown when this auction is live /or in the period for collection.
As I would prefer to collect, (don`t mind boxed items posted ), but these courier companies costs are excessive.
