Safely remove Jabba's head?
Safely remove Jabba's head?
Anyone know a safe (I want to re-attach it!) way to remove the head from a vintage Jabba figure?
There is something rattling inside him that sounds like a weapon and knowing my luck it'll be a Leia pistol or one of the other rare ones!
Cheers
Jon

I haven't handled mine in some time, but isn't it a soft plastic? If I'm right, you can probably use hot water to pull it out, then do the same thing to turn it back in.

Re: Safely remove Jabba's head?
Try googling "vintage Jabba head" in google images chico. It comes up with some interesting pics of heads that have been removed which may give you some insight as to how it is attached.
See Ya!

I wager it's no more than a stick. Or a stick insect.

Well it wasn't the black endor blaster that i was hoping for! Part of Jabbas arm fixing had snapped off and was rattling around inside...
On the bright side i do at least now know how to perform a level 3 Jabba head extraction should the need ever arise again
