Any ideas of the value of a beater version of Luke Hoth Tri logo?

If anyone is interested give me a shout :)

Saw that on eBay. My guess is it will go for about 50-55 pounds. I think it's worth a bit less though.

Hope someone doesn't u grade it...

Good luck!

Thanks mate - you know I didnt think about the u grade thing :?

I'm not collecting MOCs anymore but, would much rather sell it to one of you chaps - I've been quoted everything between £20 and £100 :?

I would be happy to pay somewhere around the middle of Joes estimate as it is a MOC I need but to be honest that one is a shocker

I don't think anyone would bother U grading it as it is still quite a hard MOC to find

The reason I went that low is because the card crease that runs along the top of the bubble looks like an accident waiting to happen. Is the bubble lifting away at all or still firmly sealed?

Mine had a small hole in the bubble on one corner, it was quite small and didn't detract from the figure when on display but it did put off a few potential buyers. This was mine:

I got £180 for it when I sold it to Nick along with the rest of my Trilogos. Without the hole I think I could have got about £280-300 easily as it was really nice. Just shows you that even on rare figures - damage can hurt the value considerably.

If you can get £100 for that I would take it in a heartbeat.

Cheers guys

 it's one of the worst beaters I've seen also Iain. As it was a rare one I thought someone would want him.

Amazingly Joe the bubble is fully sealed and well stuck down even at the crease, but I get your point.

I think the £100 estimate I got is way out. It is amazing that smal things like a small hole can put folk off - I actually like him! but like I said ealier not collecting MOCs anymore

I'm not great at this evaluation game  I seem to be too high or at times i've gave stuff away

If I were you I would stick it on ebay and see what happens, you might be surprised. Good to know it is still sealed, it should appeal to someone!

Cool, I just saw it on ebay. I didn't know it had cracks too, definitely sticking close to my estimate now. Shall we all have a guess on what it will end at?

I'll say £41!

I hope you get top dollar for it pal....nice piece, if it had been minty then serious dosh, but the state puts collectors off, not me though, I love the " had a hard paper round look" having said that dont want to pay decent money

So this is a great case for eBay ....just a pity if it gets U graded, hopefully not though with it being such a desirable tri logo...all the best of luck mate :D

Sorry didn't mean to cause a stir with my u grade scaremongering. It's a relatively rare MOC so probably unlikely I reckon.

I actually just bought a Luke Hoth trilogo for 100 euros from the classifieds. It's about an AFA 75-80. Couldn't believe my luck.

My bet is that your one will go for 47 pounds. Didn't notice the crack.
