Customs charges seem very random - sometimes you'll get hit other times not. Always ask the seller to declare it as a gift under $70 but be warned you would be able to claim compo if it gets lost!

i dont think its been touched up - maybe sticker residue or damage cause by sticker removal or just a scratch of some kind.

Yeah its called de-valuing your collection and it can be achieved very quickly! :lol: I've had some success removing stickers by heating up the sticker with a hairdryer and then peeling the sticker but you gotta be careful you dont fry the bubble!
