AT-AT instructions

Browsing thru some of the stuff I have left I found a AT-AT Instruction leaflet. Since I don't have an AT-AT I really don't need it so I was wondering what a fair price would be.

Is a European non kenner version as far as I can see.. Marked with Palitoy / Mills / PBP

Maybe not the most interesting thing to value, but I really don't have a clue about instructions
