Does anyone regularly use UKG ?

Actually I've just remembered that I've emailed Steve twice over the last few months about a custom case I need making and have not had a reply to either email. Anybody else having trouble getting hold of him? It says on the website the only way to order custom cases is by email.

I've bought custom cases on two different occasions recently from Steve @ UKG, he was quick to reply and the cases are amazing. Communication is always pretty good, short but reasonable response times. You have to wait a little longer than normal for custom cases but they come back next day delivery once they are done and mine were packed really well so I would definitely recommend them!
