Hi all, can anyone please tell me if this ESB 41bk punch hole is normal or not as it looks like a DIY with several attempts to scratch/cut the hole punch shape...

Also, another thing about the punch hole is the unsymmetrical half-moon cut shape...

... thank you.

I'd say it looks fine, and seems to be the same style of punch as this card:

However, it's the rest of the card that's really difficult to fake convincingly, so if that looks OK, I wouldn't worry about the punch. You've not revealed much of the card in your pictures, but from what I can see, the front looks glossy and the back matte, so I'd say it's all good :-)

It's fine, I'll answer to either! I do find it slightly weird at times hiding behind pseudonyms!

 I know what you mean and it is weird, at times, calling people by those names. :)

Always good to compare punch hole to factory code. For most 41 backs there are two types per factory, that one looks like one for Unitoy. A full picture of the back of cradback will confirm.

Thank you James, hope this helps confirm...

Snakezero calling in.

Yeah iv'e noticed similar markings on a couple of my punch holes, I just assumed it was general creases around the holes from being handled over the years, or tooling marks from being punched.
