Is this a fully sealed one or the figure on a certain Cardback and bubble someone very special just sold recently on eBay?

I have had a good look and they are different cardbacks, creasing at the top is different and there's creasing in one corner on one but not the other.

This is a carded figure that has never been opened, it isnt in brilliant condition but it is what it is basically.
Sorry the pictures, I photographed it in a rush this evening.

Dont worry TheGent, its fine, no hard feelings, everybody is welcome to their opinion, but I can assure you that this item was bought by myself long before ebay was ever thought of.....!
