Does anybody remember the vintage mail order outfit- Solo Toys? This was owned by a guy called Peter Carroll who at the time lived in Devon. I only ordered one item- a sealed baggie Salacious Crumb. This was to "test the water" so to speak. Very expensive item- £4 all in!!!!! I still have one of his catalogues dated September 2000. Really eye opening prices(at the time!)- for example POTF Anakin C9+ £3295!!!!! And yet there were also great deals,for example -POTF Nikto C8 £655 and Trilogo Boba Fett C8-5 £795!! Of course as all old school collectors know -hindsight is such a wonderful thing! Would love to hear anyone's thoughts on this subject. Gary(Paddy the Jedi).
