sticker residue removel chaps

i am going to attempt removing some old sticker residue on the moc pictured , whats the best method to use ....some mr muscle on a cotton bud and remove small bit by bit ??

would love to hear from you if you have done this already :?:

Just gently gently whichever method you use ( goo gone, lighter fluid etc) good luck :D

I tend to use baby wipes, cheap and easy and not chemical based.

Make sure you squeeze the access moisture from the wipe first though.

I use maplin label remover for sticker residue. Never used it on cardboard though but it's magic on plastics. And lemony fresh too :D

had done this for about 12 years with lamp oil (petroleum) no damage to the cards but I would try it before on a cheap neo or so card.

thanks for all the help folks :wink: , i opted for the safest method first which was the baby wipes ...no effect at all as the residue is to hard , i then tried some mr muscle ....it removed a tiny amount of the top layer of residue and thats it .
the tiny amount i removed def helps the look of the moc and i wont try to remove anymore for fear of causing damage
