I'm hoping someone on the forum may be able to help me out with this one. I recently acquired a lovely white double-scar Snowtrooper figure (minus skirt), which I believe to be a Tri-Logo / PBP / European issue. I believe there are several different scar versions available, so maybe mine is specific to PBP or Tri-logo, but I think (much like many figures like the PBP and Tri-Logo Boba Fett variants), they were available in multiple European markets and on various cardbacks. But that's not my question! :-D
Since the 1990's I have owned a round-hole Snowtrooper skirt, but I never had the correct figure to put it with until now. The skirt has been stored away, and hence I had completely forgotten how unusual it is. One side is dull and matte, whilst the other side is incredibly glossy and shiny. I've done my best to capture both sides in the photos below, but even these don't really do the difference justice.
My question is, does anyone please know which way round the skirt should be fitted to the figure? I'm guessing it came with the shiny side facing inwards touching the figure and the matte side outwards, but I could be wrong! Does anyone know for sure, perhaps by owning a sealed T-L Snowtrooper with the skirt still attached?
Many thanks.
Jeremy
