Yes, there's an entrance on Owen street through an administrative building, but the main intrance to access the factory is on Jackson street. You can see the gate at the end of the entrance road.
Palitoy closed its factory in 1985 and its warehouse closed a year later. Remember that the site was mainly a assembly/packaging facility. In 84, all the administrative and archives moved to a building in Maidenhead(demolished 3 years ago) near London.
Believe me, after 30 years, the main factory suffered a half dozen of refreshings. A lot of pilgrimages were done, not only by Star Wars nostalgic collectors but also by "Action Man", "Pippa" dolls and Rail Train collectors. There's nothing there other than old walls and memories...
It's a chance today that the factory still in place.
