Ewoks Wicket ??????

Postby Pomse2001 » Thu Apr 12, 2018 9:43 pm

Today I got this Ewok Wicket with the mail. This is my first Ewok Wicket and I don't no any one who have one here in denmark :(

1. First I can't move the right arm and I will not use force to move it, I fear it will break. Any idea what could be the problem ?

2. There is some repro spear of this weapon and I do not know much about them. Does the spear look fine ? :?

3. Wicket fells like he is made with a different plastic than many other figures, not the same plastic as the dulocks :?

Could it be a custom or a glued or repaired figure :?

sorry for the bad light from my lamp it is night now :(

I wish I could help out. Unfortunately I don't have a loose Wicket, only carded
I'm sure you have already done it but I did have a look on TIG to see if they had a repro weapon listed but no luck finding one
Hope someone that has a complete loose fig will jump on to help
Hooch, somehow you always make ewoks look cool 8)

Thanks for trying to help, yes I have checked tig and I am surprised that the repro is not on tig

Here is a link to a repro wicket weapon sold on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/vintage-Star ... 7675.l2557

Any idea what could be wrong with the arm ? I can only move it 1 mm up or down :? I just fear seller have tricked me and sold me a wicket that maybe have been repaired maybe glued back together and since I do not know much about the new repro weapon then I also fear the weapon could be repro.

Here are some pics of the wicket I have. Hopefully this helps. Will check arm movement on him when I get back from work and let you know.

Right arm rotates about 180 degrees. It was very stiff when first moving and took a bit of force.
