I can try some variations. This is Ariel Bold. I tried just regular Ariel and the font was too skinny and looked cheap.

Looks good. Try the web address in lower case.

That looks pretty nice. In navy blue an I could be very tempted as for arm logos how about the rebel or empire emblem?

You should be able to order these in any colour t at no extra charge. It's the extra printing and colours within the design that incur extra charges. So black, charcoal, grey, blue etc shouldn't a problem.
